32bit Windows 2003 Service Pack 2 and TCAdmin

** A fix to work around this problem has been added to TCAdmin version 1.0.2640.11313 and to the new installer. If you are running this version or greater you don't need to apply the fix mentioned in this article**

Windows 2003 service pack 2 for 32bit servers updates the .NET 1.1 framework to version 1.1.4322.2379. This update breaks the communication with other servers that are running older versions. You can find information about the .NET update here.

If you are running Windows 32bit with service pack 2 on a server and have problems communicating with the master or remote servers you can apply this fix. Extract to a folder on your server (the one running 32bit Windows 2003 SP2). Run apply.bat and restart the server. This fix replaces the files mentioned in the knowledge base article above with the ones that work correctly and creates a backup of the original files.

The error shown in the console or logs is:
Error: Type missing for member of type Object '_ContextID'.
