Object Reference not Set to the Instance of an Object

This means the connection between the website and monitor/database has been lost. To fix this issue do the following:

1) Make sure the master monitor and/or MySQL is running.  You should try to restart them if they are already running.
To restart the TCAdmin Monitor service:
Log in to remote desktop and go to Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services. Look for the service named TCAdmin Monitor and restart it.
You can also stop the service and start the monitor in console mode and check for errors:
Log in to remote desktop and go to Start > Programs > TCAdmin Control Panel > Start Monitor in Console Mode.

2) Make sure the connection is not being blocked by a firewall. The default monitor port is 8888. You should be able to view it from your web browser like this: http://MonitorIP:8888

3) If you database is hosted remotely, make sure the connection is not broken.

4) If you have recently moved your server, make sure you reran the configuration utility reconfiguring your database to the new IP address.

5) Check for licensing errors by running the TCAdmin Configuration Utility and click on Next twice.
