Support System Not Sending Out Emails

1) Make sure your mail server is able to send out emails.  You can send out a test email at

System Settings >> Mail Server Settings

2) Be sure you have added a email template for all of the support email sections.  You can find these at

System Settings >> Plugins >> Support System
